- Pick up time: 09:00 hrs.
- Meeting point: Reception or main entrance of your accommodation. If you are outside the urban area, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.
- Punctuality: The maximum waiting time is 5 minutes per passenger to avoid delays in the group. It is recommended to be ready 10 minutes before the indicated time.
- The guide will arrive in a white van with the Kapua Tours & Experience logo and will confirm your name before starting the tour.
- National Park Ticket: It must be purchased in advance online, since we do not go through the sales office. It is mandatory to bring the ticket along with the same ID or passport used in the purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- We will charge a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation 1 day or more before the tour starts.
- We will charge a 0% cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation 1000 days or more before the start of the tour.
