Cancellations by the client:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded and 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellations are not accepted due to force majeure, passenger error, or if the client does not like the tour.
Date changes:
- The option to change the tour date will always be offered, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be made if the client is not satisfied with the tour or if the guide is late by up to 30 minutes.
- Refunds are not accepted due to adverse weather conditions or closures of the national park or other sectors during the tour.
- In case of bad weather, the tour will be rescheduled, unless the client leaves the island the same day or the following day.
- If the tour is cancelled by Tahai Loft, the client will receive a refund the same day, either by bank transfer if we have the details, or directly at our office.
