Cancellation Policy Kapua Tours & Experience

Cancellations by the client:

  1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded and 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
  3. Cancellations are not accepted due to force majeure, passenger error, or if the client does not like the tour.

Date changes:

  1. The option to change the tour date will always be offered, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be made if the client is not satisfied with the tour or if the guide is late by up to 30 minutes.
  2. Refunds are not accepted due to adverse weather conditions or closures of the national park or other sectors during the tour.
  3. In case of bad weather, the tour will be rescheduled, unless the client leaves the island the same day or the following day.
  4. If the tour is cancelled by Tahai Loft, the client will receive a refund the same day, either by bank transfer if we have the details, or directly at our office.
